Stanley Black & Decker has announced the appointment of Deborah K. Wintner as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective August 1, 2024. Wintner will join the executive team, reporting directly to Donald Allan, Jr., President & CEO, succeeding John T. Lucas.
