Casio America, Inc. has officially appointed Pamela Cosmillo as its new General Manager of Human Resources, effective January 2, 2025. With over 18 years of HR leadership experience, Cosmillo is set to drive workplace transformation, enhance talent development, and boost employee engagement. 

A Proven Track Record in HR Excellence 

Cosmillo joins Casio from Visual Lease, where she spearheaded HR strategies that significantly improved workforce performance. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at PENTAX Medical Americas, leading HR operations across the Americas. Her experience also includes key roles at LG Electronics, where she specialized in performance management and succession planning. 

Shaping the Future of HR at Casio 

As GM of HR, Cosmillo will collaborate closely with Casio’s leadership to refine HR strategies that align with business growth while ensuring a people-first culture. A Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), she holds certifications in organizational development, targeted selection facilitation, and leadership coaching. 

Casio’s Leadership Applauds the Appointment
