Cosmillo joins Casio from Visual Lease, where she spearheaded HR strategies that significantly improved workforce performance. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at PENTAX Medical Americas, leading HR operations across the Americas. Her experience also includes key roles at LG Electronics, where she specialized in performance management and succession planning.
