In her career, Pamboukis has held prominent HR leadership positions in both private equity-backed and publicly traded companies across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as Group CHRO at Engineered Stone Group, where she spearheaded global acquisition integrations, established human capital systems, and built HR teams for multi-site operations. At Trexon, she led HR initiatives that contributed to the company’s growth from $42 million to $200 million in annual revenue, overseeing 10 acquisitions and introducing talent management strategies that reduced attrition rates.
