Amanda Bledsoe, the Director of Human Resources and Public Relations at Network of Community Options, Inc. (NCO), has officially been named the President of the North Central Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Board. This prestigious appointment marks a new milestone in her career dedicated to supporting the HR community and serving others.
From Teaching to HR
Bledsoe’s journey to SHRM leadership is an inspiring one. After years in education, including roles as a teacher and preschool director, she transitioned into the HR field in 2021 at NCO. What began as a part-time role quickly evolved, and within a year, Bledsoe was appointed HR Director. Her passion for helping people and improving workplace environments led her to join SHRM, where she now brings her expertise to a broader community.

As part of SHRM, Bledsoe has accessed valuable opportunities for professional growth, including networking, learning about changing HR laws and staying ahead of industry trends. “SHRM hosts events like the annual Fall Conference, offering great learning opportunities.
