Having spent over 32 years in the banking industry, Anderson has continuously demonstrated exceptional leadership. She earned a degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and began her career at First Bank and Trust as Vice President/Auditor in 2006. Since 2013, she has excelled in human resources, and with her SHRM-CP Certification in 2016, Anderson has consistently worked towards making the bank an excellent place to work.
