APR Supply Co. has appointed Stephanie Moyer as its new Vice President of Human Resources starting October 14, 2024. In this role, Moyer will manage all HR functions and provide strategic advisory support to the leadership team with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
A Wealth of Experience
Moyer brings a wealth of human resources and leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries to APR Supply Co. Most recently, she worked for Johnson & Johnson as an HR Project Manager, supporting memorable large-scale business change initiatives. She has also worked as the Human Resource Manager at Fenner Precision, where she implemented performance management systems while managing employee relations and benefits administration.
Educational Credentials
Moyer has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University and a master of business administration from York College of Pennsylvania. In addition, she is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) which further proves her dedication to the HR space.
