Trinity Health has announced the appointment of Cheryl James as the new Vice President and Regional Chief Human Resources Officer for the Illinois/Indiana Region. This role, effective July 29, will see James steering HR strategies for Loyola Medicine and St. Joseph Health System.
A Proven Track Record
James arrives with over 25 years of progressive HR leadership. Her most recent position was Chief Human Resources Officer at Adtalem Global Education. Prior to that, she led HR initiatives at Hillrom, a global medical technology firm, where her efforts significantly improved organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. James also held key roles at Baxter and Pfizer, further solidifying her reputation in the healthcare sector.
