NIKE has announced a major leadership change, appointing Treasure Heinle as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Heinle, the company’s current Chief Talent Officer, will step into her new role on January 6, 2025, succeeding Monique Matheson, who will retire after 26 years of service at the company.

Heinle’s Career at NIKE
Heinle’s promotion comes after a distinguished career at NIKE, which began in 2012 as Vice President of HR Business Partner for North America. Over the years, Heinle has successfully led various HR functions, including Business HR for Global Operations and Global Consumer & Marketplace teams. Her leadership as Chief Talent Officer since 2022 has further strengthened NIKE’s focus on talent acquisition and team inclusivity.
