Methode Electronics, a global leader in engineered solutions, announced the appointment of Karen Keegans as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective February 3, 2025. She takes over from Andrea Barry, who has held the position since 2017.
With over 30 years of experience in HR leadership, Keegans brings expertise from renowned global organizations such as Rockwell Automation, Pentair, and Praxair. Her track record includes transforming corporate cultures, aligning talent with strategic goals, and guiding companies through industry shifts.

Keegans’ impressive career spans several key roles, with her most recent position as CHRO at Suncor, a major energy company in Canada. She has also held leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, Pentair, and Praxair. With a Bachelor’s in Economics from Western University, Canada, Keegans is well-equipped to guide Methode Electronics through its next phase of growth.
