A seasoned human resources executive with over two decades of experience, Claytor currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Delta Dental, bringing her expertise to one of the most influential roles in the HR industry.

Claytor’s impressive career spans the financial services, technology, and government sectors. Known for her people-centric leadership style and proven ability to achieve global business results, she has been recognized globally, including being named one of the 100 Most Influential Global Leaders in Asia by the World HRD Congress.
As an active participant in international HR initiatives, Claytor has contributed to executive delegations across Asia Pacific, South Africa, and Cuba. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). In addition, her academic achievements include degrees from the University of Lynchburg and Emory & Henry College, as well as advanced studies at Harvard University.
