Cascade AI, a pioneer in AI-driven human resources, has announced a $3.75 million seed funding round led by Gradient, Google’s AI-focused investment fund, with participation from Myriad Venture Partners and Success Venture Partners. This funding will support Cascade AI’s goal to scale and enhance its personalized HR assistant to meet rising demand, fueled by early success with clients. 

Revolutionizing HR with Personalized Assistance 

The unique AI platform provides each employee with a personal HR assistant, empowering employees to access HR support on topics ranging from benefits and onboarding to wellness and career development. The result? A 50% reduction in HR inquiry volume, with some companies forecasting up to an 85% decrease as more employees adopt the platform. 

Ana-Maria Constantin, CEO of Cascade AI, shared her vision, stating, “We’re excited to see companies embracing Cascade AI’s personalized support capabilities. Our goal is to streamline HR for companies globally, offering employees a reliable, private channel to address their unique HR needs.” 

Key Benefits Highlighted by Early Users 

Cascade AI’s innovative platform has already demonstrated tangible benefits for its users: 

  • HR Efficiency: Clients report significant drops in HR ticket volumes, freeing up HR teams to focus on strategic initiatives. 
  • Comprehensive Support Path: The platform serves as a primary, efficient HR resource, particularly beneficial for companies with diverse teams. 
  • Confidential Access: Employees now have a trusted, private platform to inquire about sensitive topics, such as mental health benefits and family leave.
