As of the Summer of 2020 – in response to the Coronavirus pandemic – nearly two-thirds (62%) of American employees are now working from home. And even as we begin to re-open and progress back to a new normal, the desire for remote work arrangements only looks to grow. According to a Gallup poll conducted before COVID-19, 54% of workers would have left their current role for a remote one. That figure will assuredly rise in the wake of this outbreak.
