Impact Climate Technologies (ICT) has appointed Michele Pamboukis as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 20 years of strategic HR leadership experience, Pamboukis is well-regarded for her expertise in organizational transformation, talent management, and fostering workplace culture.
In her career, Pamboukis has held prominent HR leadership positions in both private equity-backed and publicly traded companies across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as Group CHRO at Engineered Stone Group, where she spearheaded global acquisition integrations, established human capital systems, and built HR teams for multi-site operations. At Trexon, she led HR initiatives that contributed to the company’s growth from $42 million to $200 million in annual revenue, overseeing 10 acquisitions and introducing talent management strategies that reduced attrition rates.
