Hawkins brings a wealth of human resources leadership experience spanning financial services, non-profits, and the wine industry. Before joining Exchange Bank, she served as SVP of Human Resources at Vintage Wine Estates, Inc., where she played a pivotal role in talent management, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
Her expertise in developing strategic HR frameworks, employee engagement programs, and leadership training will be instrumental in strengthening Exchange Bank’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and people-first workplace.

Beyond her professional career, Hawkins is deeply engaged in community service. She is an active Board Member at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin and dedicates her time to Canine Companions for Independence and Windsor High School Safe & Sober Project Graduation.
