With a career rooted in leadership and advocacy, Brown has played a key role in shaping a culture of growth and inclusivity at Homeland Center. Beyond her work in HR, she actively supports community-driven initiatives, serving as Chair of the HR Committee for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area and an executive board member for Neighborhood Dispute Settlement.
