Heritage Environmental Services (HES), a leading environmental solutions company under EQT Infrastructure’s portfolio, has announced the appointment of Rachel Evans as their new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Evans brings over 28 years of experience in HR, particularly within the manufacturing industry, to her new role at HES.
A Proven Track Record of Success
Before joining HES, Evans was the Senior Vice President of HR at MITER Brands, where she played a key role in the HR integration following their acquisition of PGT Innovations. She was responsible for managing HR processes for more than 5,500 employees, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, and development. With expertise in navigating corporate acquisitions, Evans has also held leadership roles at Fortune Brands Doors and Security and Master Brand Cabinets.
Strategic Vision for HES
