Unilever has announced the appointment of Anuradha Razdan to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its Beauty & Wellbeing division. Razdan, who has been with Unilever since 1999, also takes on the role of Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, marking a new chapter in her career.
Anuradha Razdan’s journey with Unilever spans over 25 years, during which she has made remarkable contributions to the company’s human resources landscape. Most recently, she served as Executive Director and CHRO for Hindustan Unilever and Unilever South Asia, where she played a crucial role in driving HR transformation and strategic initiatives across the region.
Razdan’s extensive experience includes leading a key Global HR Transformation project aimed at enhancing the strategic contribution of the HR function. Her responsibilities also encompassed managing careers and succession planning for senior HR talent and heading the HR Academy to elevate HR capabilities globally.
In her new role, Razdan will also serve as the Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, a position that aligns with her passion for creating inclusive workplaces. Expressing her enthusiasm for her new responsibilities, Razdan said, “I feel privileged to be part of this incredible business home to some of the most iconic brands across Hair, Skin, Health & Wellbeing, and Prestige categories, serving consumers all over the world.
